The 2009 rates are the same as 2008 as follows: 

Businesses and Non-Profit Organizations with employees:

$175.00 + $8.75 GST = $183.75

Home-based Business or Non-Profit Organizations with no employees; or Individuals
(cannot be a business owner or vendor):

$100.00 + $5.00 GST = $105.00

Membership Fees can be paid by cheques, Visa or Mastercard.
